The Fore deck has high bull works with cap rails, two anchors mounted and ready to deploy, and a large hydraulic windlass. On the cap rails are heavy duty chocks, hawse holes in the bull works, cleats on deck, and large fenders mounted on the bull works. Moving aft is the forward companionway with lockers on each side and the mast and boom that is used fore hoisting the dingy and wave runners aboard.
The galley has on the starboard side a stand up refrigerator, freezer and cabinets, on the port side a door that leads to stairs going down to the living quarters forward, a cabinet, stove and a long bench athwart ships with a double sink. Aft of the bench is a long bar counter with 4 stools and side doors to the weather decks. Center behind the bar stools is a roll top desk, on the port side is access to the master state room on the lower deck, aft of the galley is the main salon, with a music center, books, cabinets and an L shaped settee.
Going aft are the weather (side) decks leading to the aft deck that consists of an electric capstan, cleats and stern anchor. There are stairs leading to the upper deck to the wheel house.
The upper deck has a walk around the wheel house. The wheel house is the control center of the vessel with a full console and steering center, a full set of engine instruments and controls, full set of electronic and navigation equipment with many back up systems, including all ships controls. Aft of the steering station is a bench seat, doors to the side decks, a chart table a small table and a bunk seat aft.
Aft on the upper deck is a wave runner, a dingy hoist, and a deck locker with a generator and emergency engine driven pump, and stairs to the main deck.
The living accommodations are on the lower deck. Forward is a bathroom with all amenities. Aft of the bathroom on the port side is a state room with a queen sized bed, seat and storage. Aft of the bathroom on the starboard side are a set of upper and lower bunks and cabinets, access to the engine room and the generator room and work shop. Access to the aft state room is aft of the galley. The aft state room consists of a queen sized bed, lockers, draws, vanity, and an L shaped settee and a private bathroom with a vanity with hand basin cabinets, mirror, toilet and separate shower.
There is a separate generator room with electrical panels and other equipment, forward of the generator room is a complete separate work shop fully equipped the bilges were found clean and tidy (no oil/water), all equipment is meticulously maintained and labeled with many back up systems. The fuel filtering system has double fuel filters and vacuum gages and an additional day tank with a fuel polishing system.
The interior is in good condition throughout including all paint and bright work, upholstery, and carpeting, clean and tidy throughout with everything in its appointed place.
